Nyx Ticket docs

Nyx Ticket is a Discord ticket and support workflow built around customizable panels, private channels, staff tools, transcripts and ratings.

Quick start

1. Invite Nyx Ticket to your server.
2. Run /setup.
3. Create a panel.
4. Add categories such as Support, Reports, Scrim and Partnership.
5. Configure ticket messages and appearance.
6. Send the panel with /send-panel.

Variables

Ticket messages can use {user}, {userId}, {category}, {ticket}, {reason}, {server}, {channel} and {supportRole}.

Architecture

Server identity changes are separate from panel visual identity. A panel avatar is displayed by the bot embed and never changes the global application avatar.
